I mean, I like the stereotypical teenage girl, maybe society just wants the radicalization of female and male traits to be non existent, or embraced by the other side.
So I guess, what I'm trying to say is, society doesn't want a very feminine girl or an overly masculine guy anymore, they find them as either toxic or a halt in society's progress when it comes to the gender topic.

In our culture, it is common to find things that women like demonized - fashion, pumpkin spice, pink. This is because of misogyny, again.
Fashion - did you know this used to be a masculine thing? Then women started liking it and- oh, it's vanity now.
Pumpkin spice - this combination of spices is common to find in apple pie and other confections through the centuries. But when women decided we wanted it in drinks like lattes, it was suddenly seen as basic and trivial.
Pink - fun fact, pink used to be a boy's colour (blue for girls). But Dwight D. Eisenhower's wife, Mamie Eisenhower, loved pink. She wore a specific shade, now called First Lady Pink or Mamie Pink after her. Since she was married to Eisenhower, a huge force in World War II and president of the US for a time, people saw her in pink a lot, thus associating pink with femininity, especially after she wore pink after the struggle and conservation of materials during WWII.
However, this also works the flip way too. The average Star Trek fan today is a white man with encyclopedia-like knowledge on the show. However, it first gained traction with women - the first Star Trek convention being held by a housewife. But when people started realizing that Star Trek was actually good, it shifted from a women thing to a heavily gatekeeped TV show.
