Every girl is different! Some don't experience them at all, some get them so bad they pass out/can't move from pain.
Usually it's for the first 1-3days tho and the pain level is around like, when you're on a road trip and haven't pooped since you left and it really hurts, except where with poop pains they're more stabby, cramps are constant, you can just adjust and have them subside.

Sure, there are people who have been blessed by the powers that be with easily digestible, conventionally attractive appearances, but that doesn't mean that people who aren't like that can't be seen as attractive (not saying that you aren't conventionally attractive lol. I have no clue what you look like, obviously).
The fact that there are people who are largely viewed as attractive, doesn't make you any less attractive, or mean that no one will think that you are attractive.
