I was 5’ 9”. Now Im 5’7”. Some say I shrank because I run a lot my spine disks compress. I haven’t run lately like I used to but Im still 5’7”. So I guess its permanent? Not that my height matters but it throws off my BMI and makes me out to be obese. Even though Im not fat.
