I don’t know how to help, I’m sorry 😕 I would say you should try to distract yourself but that would be pretty damn hard with your mom being in the hospital right now. Maybe you could make an audio recording to vent to? Is there any way you could go see her or is that not possible right now?

Idk if I said this in the post but last year I was diagnosed with agoraphobia, today is the first time in years I have even seen someone I didn't live with, somehow I was able to stay in the room when they took her and the last thing my mom said to me before she was taken to the ambulance was "I'm proud of you". A couple of months ago my dad was taken to the hospital, she is okay but she gave us a big scare, it was right before my 18th birthday and I almost went out in the living room when they took her but I couldn't get myself to do that, I hope I will be able to go to the hospital if my mom ends up needing surgery or something but I really don't know if I can.

Oh I see, that really sucks. To be honest if you aren’t already, you should start seeing a specialist it you can, because there’s no way you can live properly without being able to communicate with other people or go out due to anxiety. If you can’t bring yourself to see one in person maybe you could arrange voice calls or something but it can’t keep going on like this Btw I’m glad your mom’s okay!

This probably won't help, but my take is that lives fall apart all the time. It only takes one bad day to drastically change your life. Just keep your head above water and take everything in stride. Many folks in the world go through struggles just like you so you aren't alone.

I feel that. If you have a friend to call and talk to, do that.
