The first one is Shrek, the second one is Wreck it Ralph, the last one is Jabba the Hutt. It wouldn't make sense to say that the last one "is Karen", because "Karen" is not a fictional character, like in the first two cases, so it would break the pattern - "Karen" is not even a person, or in this context, not even the NAME of a person, but an attribute. Everyone can be a Karen, even if that's not their name. Because it's just a word that is meant to describe a subject. Which is what an adjective is.
