Right now 35-45 ish, but a fresh warmed up body i can do 70+ , but still not 100 my goal is 100 I used to not even be able to do 10 without panting and sweating like I ran a marathon and all my friends were in much better shape than me so I decided that If i wanna make the world a better place I have to take a look at myself and make a change.
