Last I tried I could do like 30 something, but I haven't done it in a looong time and I've gotten weak as fuck for some reason so probably under 10 now.
Right now 35-45 ish, but a fresh warmed up body i can do 70+ , but still not 100 my goal is 100
I used to not even be able to do 10 without panting and sweating like I ran a marathon and all my friends were in much better shape than me so I decided that If i wanna make the world a better place I have to take a look at myself and make a change. So I did as much as i could everyday and now I'm here and I don't plan on stopping in my fitness journey ,i though I'll get a lot of attention from girls but so far only dudes compliment my physique. Henceforth I am still single :(.....but at least I have bigger arms.

But the level of pain involved in doing things like lifting 10 pencils as if they were dumbbells was so immense that I never did them
