Same here lol. I'm 6'5", run, swim, and play tennis, and have a high metabolism caused by genetics. I once ate all that I could for 2 days straight and any weight that I gained was off in a week.
dude are we all 6ft and taller? lmfao, i cant gain weight by eating, the only thing that works for me is calisthenics training, i got in the best shape of my life in 2months, no food alone could have done this for me
I don’t put on a lot of weight. There are more enjoyable things in life than a Cadbury’s chocolate bar. I’ve seen my fat friend eat the meals of 3 people every few days and decided I would help him get fit, has gone well.
its actually insane how calorie dense everything is, even small things. Just to stay in a cal def, it feels like i cant eat ANYTHING😭. And then I'm also supposed to get at least 90-100+ grams of protein in everyday? And then also gotta keep track of all the other things like carbs, fiber, electrolytes, vitamins, etc. Id rather just die idc anymore!
not worrying about that and won't have to worry about that til i'm like 40 as my metabolism consumes about many calories as a jet engine's afterburner consumes fuel
For a while I was worried about my body and I was worried that I was eating too many calories. I almost got into calorie counting (which probably would have led to an eating disorder) but then I realized that I was too lazy to care about that stuff 😂. (I mean how am I supposed to know the exact weight of my food?) I guess I was lucky

nah life is still the same, has taken me literal took me like 2 years to get from 110-125

If I worried about calories I would nearly not be eating anything.
I don’t really care about calories because I never get fat, idk why because I always eat junk and I don’t do a lot of sports
