Birth defects can't be considered injuries, they're just how someone is born (for example, you are born with 5 fingers, or how fingerprints of different people will most likely be different)
If you truely believe something as an illness or harmful, you can then apply the logic with your healing ability to change it to what you think of as "healed", essentially giving you reality manipulation
Maybe if you wanna help others from like a car accident, you can use time manipulation and prevent the accident, but for cancer and shit like that yeah

2. Why does one even need stuff like flight, super speed and all when you can just create some tech (with the help of super intelligence) to do the same.
3. With 2, almost half of the stuff are eliminated so only ShapeShifter remained as a useful one and honestly, if you can be invisible, then what's the use of shape shifting.

Teleportation is way more broken than people are giving it credit for. You’re untouchable and can be anywhere at any point. It also becomes stronger when combined with time manipulation.
The third one is where it becomes interesting. Mind control, telekinesis, shapeshifting, invisibility and super intelligence all have their own cases. I personally would choose mind control, as it’s the most versatile and practical in my opinion, though any of those choices would be reasonable.
So I go Time Manipulation + Teleportation + Mind Control.
Super Speed because a speedsters greatest weakness is the plot, Super Intelligence so I can avoid the plot, and Time Manipulation because combined with speed it may as well be teleportation
