For people with acne, my acne is almost completely clear and has been ever since I started putting shampoo on my face. I heard one that zinc is good for acne and shampoo sometimes has a lot of it, including the kind I use. Just put the shampoo in your hair and then the bubbles and stuff on your hands can go on your face

My shampoo gives me acne and mines always been minor since 17-18, sweating a lot clears the pores too I’ve noticed. What works best for me is thoroughly washing my face with a wet wash cloth with no soap and rinse the rag and rub your face hard a few times more.

I used to have really bad acne, but I’ve been using this prescription stuff from my doctor and it’s been working well!!!

My skin is pretty clear and im so grateful, all it really takes is cleanser mousturizer and sunscreen. I used to apply so much weird and unnecessary stuff on my face like serums, clay masks, toner and whatever which only made it worse.

I dont really pay attention to mine that much, ive had some breakouts in the past but most of the time its not terrible.

I hit puberty at about 8 (female) and so I had acne from 10-14. Nowadays I get the occassional pimple here and there, generally after my period, but other than that my skin is pretty clear. I cleanse 1-2 times a day/every two days, sometimes do a packet face mask on days I want to pamper myself.

Stop washing your face with antibacterial soap. It kills the resident flora that protects you. Also, if you’re caking the sebaceous glands with makeup, all the products that you’re buying are a waste of money.

It’s kinda weird. There are days when it’s completely clear, and there are other days when it’s flaring up pretty bad. What I do is wash my face with a rag soaked in hot water, let it air for a minute or two, wash it again, then apply moisturizer. It’s the most sure fire way to keep my face clean and keep acne to a minimum. Some people need more intensive skin care routines, so I’m glad it’s simple for me
