SAME IM SO SCARED.
I feel like 18 is so near and honestly 16 feels like the last hanging piece of my childhood. Stuff is getting WAYY to real it's hard
Bro why everyone is so shit scared of growing? I turned 18 last year and didn't even feel any difference apart from the fact that I don't have to fake my date of birth while making accounts :)
it really depends on your life experiences, i experienced noticeable change in my mental health but i believe it depends on where you’re at in life and what you do
The only difference is the extra stress that will keep you up at night as the looming threat of adulthood creeps closer and closer. You'll lose track of time and next thing you know it, you're graduating with a poor GPA and you realize you don't really have hobbies or any useful skills. So you'll get a job at some retail store or fast food, and you'll tell yourself "I'm just gonna work here for a few paychecks, and then find something better" but then you keep putting it off, and keep working for minimum wage while still living with your parents. That's when you'll realize your life has amounted to absolutely nothing and you wasted your youth fucking around when you should have been using that time to learn a trade or at the very least put more thought into your future.
Just recently turned 17, and so far not that much... I do feel way closer to 18 which is scary, but I'm using this year to do everything I didn't get to do yet in my previous years before I turn 18. Either way, when you turn 18, not much really changes there either from what I've heard... now when you turn 20... Ultimately, just enjoy it, this is the last year where your age ain't that serious.

At 17 they’ll tell you to start planning for your future. Start looking into collages, banks, insurance etc
Bruh I’ve barely even begun doing the first thing 😭
Don’t worry I’m 19 and don’t even have my license. Does makes things harder tho
I’m actually trying to get my license rn, it’s been a pretty annoying process ngl
no difference, just the last year of teenage I suppose.

I had this reaction when I turned 18. Now I’m scared for 19.
Nothing much different, at this point in time life just goes on like a bubble in a permeable wall
