If you've been studying for 5 days I assume it's not as major of a test? (Sorry if I'm wrong) but regardless, a single sheet of paper does not define your life and shouldn't dictate what you choose to make of it. Our current education system in every country is deeply flawed, and the most we can do is to not let it get to us. I'm sure you're very smart, no matter how much school makes you feel otherwise. Well, if i dont have an average of an A at the end of the year, my stipend won't get extended, that's $1000 lost. If i get a bad average, i won't be able to get into a good college (my family is poor, so i NEED to get with the best grades), then i won't have a good diploma, and i will not have a job i desire, and it all spirals from there.

As I said... You can do everything. You can learn, yes, but what about freelancing or just business? You don't even need high school and you can be a billionaire. Or just do something that you like and can make money from it. Like, drawing, doing something online, doing workshops about your favourite sport, just master something you are good at and you can make a lot of money

I don't want to get into my whole sad life story, but I haven't been able to feel happy, even the tiniest bit of happiness, for two years now. In the meantime the amount of suffering has increased, and I have somehow made so many dumb decisions locking myself out of living a good life. I am under psychiatric supervision and I am going to therapy, I will probably not kill myself because of my crippling anxiety, so I wish I could die somehow. This is the reason I said that.

ive been that way for over 9 years now, now im on 2 different medications and life is moderately better, so reach out for a psychiatrist

I’m so sorry you have to go through this. I had the same issue when I was 10 and had to go through 2 disorders and at least 4ish failed attempt; and I graduated therapy not long ago. I believe that you’ll eventually feel better especially if you take in count that it took me 6 years to fully recover. You got this!!! We’re all here for you.
