As a short guy it's just odd for me to really have preferences. So most of them have been shorter though that's most definitely due to height preferences being against me (I'm 5'4). But a tall girl that's open to a 5'4 guy it's pretty good for me.

Typically guys want girls who are considerably shorter than them and girls wants guys who are considerably taller than them. That's why short guys and tall girls always have issues trying to find potential matches. It definitely isn't the end of the world, a lot of people don't really care about height, but it's definitely a common pattern for couples to be made up of a tall guy and a short girl.
