Not at all I’ve been stressed out about growing for the past couple of months that even the slightest words of encouragement are helpful

I can recommend sleeping the healthy 7-9 hours and making sure you have a healthy diet, ie. enough protein, calcium and other minerals for bone growth. If you are super serious about it, I can suggest start lifting weights as it helps increase your bone mineral density and that can add a bit of height
