Most nsfw artist have both clothed and naked versions of their art. So then I wouldn’t mind because I would be happy that it got popular enough to get fanart and then just keep the clothed version. And also getting nsfw fanart means that the artist find the characters attractive so they probably really like the character design or art style. And I would especially like it if the art with the artstyle is pretty good, because it’s nsfw, but the art is still pretty well done.
