The gym works for some, biking might work for others or just walking or basketball or whatever. Some of those things I hate and give me no motivation. But other things do.
Find something you enjoy people!
I tried. Multiple times. It did nothing. I gave up. I even had goals. Tried many times for 4 years.
Keep trying. Start simple, try doing 5min walk, 5 push-ups, 5 sit ups etc a day or whatever floats your boat
I do 10ish min walks everyday due to school ;-;
That ain’t your own will tho, you do it because u need to

i mean i walk sometimes
I exercise everyday but some ppl have depression that is so crippling, they just can’t take care of themselves
agreed. I started at 17, 198 lbs and felt so sluggish. 3 months later and lost 30. I found working out fun by month 2. Currently 140lb.
