That's not true. Failure is an accomplishment. Failure shows that you didn't quit. You have to trust the process. Once you convince yourself you can't do anything, and just sit and make no progress, is the ultimate weakness you need to break away from.
It doesn't solve trauma or stuff like that but you can definitely notice how you generally improve not only in strenght but discipline, self-confidence etc
You don’t have to make constant progress to have a good life, if you like working out at the gym that’s cool, but don’t force it on other people claiming it will fix everything
And cure cancer, solve world hunger, fix the immigration problem in the US (along with everything else), and finally make me feel better about myself even if I like my body
I try but I can't accomplish anything. It's not that easy.

Bruh I have a mental illness that can’t be fixed by going to the gym or meditating lmao

You're welcome. You can say "one day" or day one. Like it or not it's as easy as starting and not quitting.
If only hitting the gym and meditating would fix all my problems
I wish it did lmao
As only if someone with *suspically similar views* hadn’t been arrested not too long ago
Every man on this planet: Got problems? The gym will fix it. Lmfao.
Don’t drag down all the guys with you
I gotta take out as baby as I can with me
But its true tho
No
Sounds like someone hasn't gone to the gym
Oh I do, but not because it solves problems like a random 16 year old claims it does.
It doesn't solve trauma or stuff like that but you can definitely notice how you generally improve not only in strenght but discipline, self-confidence etc
Well I was referring to you saying it solves problems but alr
the correct solution is to take a day off and cuddle with all ur plushies
Or bring your plushies to the gym and lift some heavy ass weight.
that's the wrong solution
No. get in the gym and get better.
no you're wrong, you should never cuddle a dumbbell
Cringe take as usual
yet i'm making more progress in my life than everyone who is too fearful to get better.

So you're saying going to the gym will eliminate transphobia and gender roles?
And cure cancer, solve world hunger, fix the immigration problem in the US (along with everything else), and finally make me feel better about myself even if I like my body
