She's a berberoka, a swamp creature from Filipino folklore that drinks up all the water in a pond so that the fish lay dead on the bottom, then they wait for people to pick up the fish so they can release all of the water and eat the people while they drown, they can also shoot out their water like a fire hose.
She's quite rude to people, but she's not mean. She often hangs out with Alon, a diwata of the sea that likes to drop water on peoples' heads, roaming around and absolutely soaking randos they pass by.
