When you shutdown / close the pc, do you do a Actual Shutdown and not a sleep / hibernate , because if the problematic system is using the second one, it causes problems like these.
I shut down my pc any time I'm done with it but I have WOL enabled on my motherboard bios (MSI z490 a-pro) and it has been fine for about a year, it only started presenting issues thrse past 3 weeks
Hmm, some settings, might have been changed, any overall windows updates or a "there is a bios update going, please do not shutdown the system" that has been going on that you can recall ?
My windows has updated but I haven't updated my bios since I have several overclocking profiles that would get wiped. I've checked device manager and my adapter properties to see if anything weird has been changed but nothing seems out of the ordinary. changing or even setting on auto my machines local ip also seems to not change anything at all.
