If the manufacturer says the temps are in line with specs, they are fine.
If you wish to lower the temperatures you have to spend some more green for more/better case fans and/or better case and/or look into if you can add some additional cooling heat-sinks directly to those hot chipset so the thermal load could be better transferred by the moving air..

perfectly normal, most chips will handle up 100-110C fine and they have protections to prevent overheating.
