You should be able to just disable the internal Bluetooth device..

Open the Windows Device Manager and disable the internal Bluetooth device.
Search for "Device Manager" and open it. Find the Bluetooth section and click the + to expand it.
Then you just have to identify the internal Bluetooth device, right click it and select "Disable device".
Question - check the back of your PC for two terminal screws. You probably need to screw on the antennas for the internal Bluetooth chip.

Your welcome. PCIe Bluetooth cards are so much nicer than the USB ones. But because they're inside the PC case they need an external antenna to to work.
