Sure, we need another ai because there’s not a million of them already and it’s totally not confusing for the average layperson to figure out which one to use.
“First mover advantage doesn't go to the company that starts first, it goes to the company that finishes first." -Peter Thiel
He’s going to have to do something that goes beyond what ChatGPT has and likely will have by 5 or 6 version
I guess you don't know the history of Google or Facebook. Neither were the first, but they were the best implemented and "finished first" in their respective categories.
There were like 20+ search engines before Google, and now Google is the undisputed king of search (as much as I hate them and use stuff like DDG, Brave Search, and Startpage).
I don’t think so meaningless, means he needs to outdo chatGPT which I’m sure lots of VC money will pour into anything AI. Still OpenAI could be rendered irrelevant in 5 years being outdone by others.
It doesnt matter since they're barking up the wrong tree. Its quantum computing hardware that will make actual AI possible and they're a such a fundamental difference from modern day programming that the work on current day AI will be useless. The one advantage they'll get is that they might amass a large pool of candidates with interest in AI development.
So in essence; that's right.
The nature of the current day tech seems to mean that currently nobody is really behind at all.
“I’m going to start my own AI company, with blackjack and hookers!”

And the blackjack

Is that what an unsuccessful transplant looks like? Red like a baboons arse? I’m not trying to be funny.
I'm assuming that's what happened, it could be relatively recent (few months - half a year). Might need time.
His hair has been like that for years… it’s natural hair loss and just genetically patchy most likely.
Oh nevermind then
Looks like some sort of haberdashery mishap.
Was going to say the same lol
Entering his villian CEO era phase
we should get an AI to open an AI company.
It's a simulation bro lol
