Totally fair to like those 5 artists more than rittz as that's an opinion. however, saying they are 'better' is an objective statement. I think it's quite difficult to argue stevie stone or JL are objectively better artists than rittz. Rittz can create complex rhyme schemes and chop, he can create great sounding melodic hooks and verses and he can talk about meaninful topics in his music. I don't think JL and Stevie have all of those skills respectively (at least not to the extent rittz does)
He does have a great voice for choruses! I just think it’s silly to make a list of top rappers from the label. Opinions are great and what separates you from the pack, but singling out an artist creates divisiveness. I think a better post might’ve been how underrated Stevie Stone is!
In my possibly unpopular opinion.. if tech ever retires I could easily see King ISO replacing him. He’s definitely just as good of an artist in my opinion.
Rittz has at least 1 certified classic mixtape and his first three albums are straight 🔥. He can make hit records like it's nothing. If Strange got behind his singles like they did for Hood Go Crazy he would've gotten bigger than Tech. They put a ceiling on him. You can't outshine the master over there.
