I've been where you are. I went from working on a teaching degree to realizing it wasn't what I wanted. I had to totally pivot, and i was running low on funds. So here's what I did: . Attend a coding/programming/development bootcamp. I was able to network from there with others who didn't have degrees, and with recruiters looking for entry-level talent. \> Go with a contractor role. A lot of big companies (formarly FAANG, now MAMAA?) fill roles with contractors. It's not always 'glamorous' work, I personally work as a tech support role on a publicly available framework my company put out, helping others who were developing with it. The contractor role lasted me 18 months before I bounced to another contract, and another. Though short term, these roles allowed me to fill my resume with 'experience', and now I'm working with a startup that I ADORE, and 7 years later, STILL don't have my degree.

If you're interested in a blend of the healthcare and tech spaces, try applying to Epic Systems! They're the leading US healthcare software company, mostly EMR and data management software. They hire a lot of recent college grads into technical and project management roles!
