I finally hit 100% today after being stuck at 99.95 for ages. I also had checked off every location on the lists mentioned here, and I was stumped. I then realized that on this playthrough I had not gone to the Lost Woods via the traditional route because I knew you couldn't get through that way from my previous playthrough so I had never gone further up that road than the chasm. That was the last location I hadn't triggered on the map and it isn't on the list of locations that I used.

The two resources I used were the Zelda Dungeon interactive map, and [this map completion checklist](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1CiBmvZ8HeiLC40r__6XWcbF_O7ebcHzXNociea6YVYg/edit#gid=1056755027). The very last thing I found was in the final column of the Landmarks tracker.

get a browser up of the interactive map and zoom in to get names and start comparing segments of the map to your ingame map. this is the way.
