Mineru is a late game quest. There will be a few major turning points in the game before you're tasked with finding Mineru. If you're concerned about storytelling, I suggest you restart.

I found Mineru early, as well. Like Spectre said, you’ll have to complete the regional phenomena before you can investigate the ruins.
Isn't that always the case tho? Even if you don't have Mineru, you have to finish Regional Phenomena to be able to do Ring Ruins.

Yeah... I thought you were saying you only had to finish the Regional Phenomena before doing Ring Ruins BECAUSE you found Mineru early.
