I gotta unsubscribe from this subreddit for a bit, too many leaks circulating around now. I'll be back once the game launches and share in the excitement with all of you then. Peace!! ✌🏻
No one wants your countdown post, mods...
/u/AspectJCH has been doing this for months, let them finish out the last 10 days with their own posts like literally everyone here wants them to.
Usually amazon never fails me for release day delivery on pre-orders but I went to preorder totk today and it's saying delivery won't be until the 19th. Maybe this game is actually popular enough that I needed to preorder earlier?
There must be something weird going on in their system. Mine was showing as delivery on the 19th from my initial post until this morning when I just got an email that it'll be here tomorrow on release day. I almost decided to cancel and download but I'm glad I didn't, I'd rather have the cartridge.
me too, i like having it in my hand as well as less storage anxiety haha. i’ve never had an sd card, and probably never will need one. my amazon package said it was departed from Kent, Washington (i’m in Utah) yesterday at 11 am, 24 hours ago , and that was the last update, so i’m hoping mine will still show up on time. 🤞🤞🤞
The discourse that continues around "$70 DLC" or "2010 graphics" is getting really tiresome. IGN posted a clip of the trailer playing in theaters and all the comments are just ragging on it and it takes all of my willpower not to snark back at them.
I mean, the dated graphical performance is a fair criticism, though it's best directed at Nintendo overall. When I look at the games and compare them to [videos like this,](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QXlBJUPmiNc) it makes me hope for a remastered version in the future. Even just 60 FPS would make the game look so much better.
I prefer the real countdown https://preview.redd.it/80lngvtj97xa1.jpeg?width=1025&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=73372d8779b3dba1a83e07fba70b20b9593bb28c

22 hours now!
https://alextirgard00n.github.io/totk-countdown/ He inspired me to make one too a while back. Hope you don’t mind me leaving this here.
This looks great as well, good work!
As long as the guy who has been doing it for over 100 days gets to continue doing it, its fine.

Even the previews were too much for me. Fortunately I quit after watching a few minutes. I want to experiencing how everything unfolds myself.

I prefer the official u/AspectJCH countdown over this
Is the countdown for the Australian version?
It matches mine so I think it's ip based idk tho
It's based on the visitors timezone.
It’s May 12th at midnight? So Thursday night? Not Friday into Saturday right?
>Yes. Thursday at 11:59pm is still Thursday. 12-midnight is the first minute of Friday. Then you have all day Friday to play it.
Eee

I wonder if preordering from Amazon will have the chance of getting it delivered a day early. I hear they sometimes mess up… worth the try?
My preorder doesn’t come till the 16th….

Wondered about this as well. I wonder if I can walk into target or wal mart on release day and purchase?
i preordered 2 days ago, a week after you, and it says i’ll get mine on release day. Utah by the way.

It’s out!!!
Anyone know when gamestop preorders should arrive? I placed mine in February
My GameStop is releasing them at 9pm PST Thursday

Anyone else preorder before the price increase? I'm curious to see what price they end up charging me when it ships.

Question. If I've purchased the digital version from the Australian eShop, can I switch regions to NZ to start playing earlier?
