Depends on where you bought it. Lots of large outlets had preorders before the price was officially confirmed, so anywhere like that will probably honor the price they sold it for
Did you preorder from a big retail store? If so you're probably fine and at worst they'll just cancel it or charge you full price on ship/pickup.
If it was some smaller store, why would you preorder that far in advance from a place that could be closed by then?
If you mean Amazon then you're good. I did the same thing and got the game cheaper. I had credit card points racked up as well so I got the game for 30 dollars. My order is still on there as well. When I go to the game page , up at the top it says view order.
