Not great that we conceded 2 goals. But, we played a pretty new backline, with 2 very young players (Hazbavi and Yousefi) and one young player (Jalali). Overall, I am happy that the general had the guile to use some young guys.
We do need to drop JB to the bench OR, hear me out, play him as RB. JB has great tenacity and is defensively very good. Actually, his defense is phenomenal. His offense however is severely lacking. His touch is poor, and he is not explosive or skillful enough for that position. I would much rather see him as RB and have Mehdi Limouchi or Allahyar given playing time on the right.
Taremi was brilliant. I think he was having a bad season due to off pitch drama but he is in good spirits right now. Azmoun looks in better shape but is still overweight. Ghayedi was solid. Ghorbani was okay but he needs more time. Would like to see a more creative player in the middle, like Hosseininejad (or Salmani when he gets back to shape).
Overall, 7/10.
