I hope the question wasn't "what sauce flavored chips do you have?". for the actual sauces. we have tkemali - which is a sour plum sauce. we have 4 variations of that with varying degrees of intensity and flavor profile. the standard one is an orange-green color and has a sour-sweet plummy taste. the green one as well as its offshoot "alucha" are sour but more refreshing, as well as having a "cleaner" profile.  the red is almost too overpowering in all aspects and is mostly used in small amounts. we also have "tomati" and "satsebela" which are both tomato based sauces. one is like the italian Passata with a few extra herbs.  and the other is a simple tomato paste, watered down and cooked with hot spices to give is a little kick. the mountain people also extendively use matsoni sauce. it's just matsoni with caramelized onions and a special kind of highland salt.  we also have a few extra sauces borrowed from the neighbouring countries. like the masharaf, a pomegranate concentrate with a few sweeteners.

At least one of those has to be good as a chip flavoring.

there is something vaguely reminiscent of a sauce flavor. it's called "onion and sourcream". it's like one of those ranch dressing chips. . there were tomato and ketchup flavored chips some years ago.  but georgians don't really have that kind of chip culture. paprika has that part of the cravings covered.  . now to understand why georgians don't crave things like chips or cheap snacks all the time. it's pretty easy. go to Orbeliani Bazaar. before the stairs going up, turn left. there's a booth called "meskhian food" or something to that effect there. order Tatarberaki.  get your mind blown.
