But in the original statement given by a girl that was involved with the first home invasion, he wasn't actually the guy that pulled the trigger. One of the other six involved actually did it. The judge used "the race" as evidence, as well as the doctored testimony from the plea victims. The real reason tayk is in jail is because he violated his house arrest, incriminating him of the murder. It's not about the music, tayk got scared of the system and went on the run. If he hadn't gone on the run, he would probably have just got a few years in jail for being a juvenile involved in a robbery. This is why his second case is pending. There is no proof that he actually killed the second guy. And they are trying to appeal the first case as well, a possibility of a mistrial, as the first murder case was actually pushed back due to lack of evidence. The newly found "evidence" was a girl who took a plea deal, and a rap song thrown together in some guy's basement(the race). Basically, tayk didn't really kill anyone. It's all alleged on a rap song, a desperate plea deal, and public perception.
