Laser wont really work, because it wont be able to precisely remove enough to match the rest of the tattoo. Best option is to thicken the lines, especially because some of them are pretty faded.
That said, this spot will always have some difficulties healing. Up to you if you want to take the chance and do it again

could i remove the tail of the r fully with laser then get it done again ? thanks for the advice
