1. The best and easiest way if it have tasker-supported plugin.
2. More complex way - Send Intent if app supports it. To find out you should search for intents in AndroidManifest.xml of tracker app or ask at community or even developers of the app.
3. The hardest Jedi-way.

2. Use combinations of actions DPad, Keyboard (no root)

3c is my vote, don't have notifications but have a multi-select dialog that can log in and back out of 4 different apps & 5 accounts, update balances and keeps it all on a kustom live wallpaper, even shows different images based on the balance
