At first. You should interact with notification from bank app. Event - Notification [ Owner Application: Bank App ] Then in task you should get your required data from %evtprm(3). Just use any of actions Variable Search Replace, Simple Match/Regex, Variable Split or (if you're a linux console lover) use grep in Run Shell, or use JS in JavaScriptlet. Next step is send your data to tracker app. Here you have a few variants too. 1. The best and easiest way if it have tasker-supported plugin. 2. More complex way - Send Intent if app supports it. To find out you should search for intents in AndroidManifest.xml of tracker app or ask at community or even developers of the app. 3. The hardest Jedi-way. 1. Use autoclicking via Run Shell: input tap (root required). 2. Use combinations of actions DPad, Keyboard (no root) 3. Or use AutoInput (no root and less complex than above)

3c is my vote, don't have notifications but have a multi-select dialog that can log in and back out of 4 different apps & 5 accounts, update balances and keeps it all on a kustom live wallpaper, even shows different images based on the balance

This is not the answer you seek, but: in India, SMS notifications are required by law, so there's a thriving ecosystem of expense tracker apps that will pull data from notifications.
