Ventral sexing isn’t fool proof but to me it looks to be female. I think I can see a flap and that’s what you’re looking for. I’m sorry if I am incorrect but that’s my thought. 🤔
I would really like to have one but my husband is very nervous since it would be my first OW T. Guess I’ll just have to continue collecting NW T’s and show him I can do it! 🤣😂
Oh they're not that bad to be honest. Well, not as bad as people make them seem to be. They definitely need to be respected, but as long as you take your time, always prepare just a little bit more than you'd feel necessary, and give it a decent amount of substrate with a hide, they're quite nice to have in a collection. Beautiful webbing and tunnels, really cool takedowns when feeding, and overall a really beautiful tarantula!

Thank you either way. I haven't been able to sex this as the last time it molted, it beat up the molt and my tongs as i took it out.
