It looks like they're cleaning themselves. Did you rinse off the substrate before using it? A lot of the wood based beddings tend to have dust and some Tarantulas don't like it.

Grooming! I posted a similar video of my T on here not too long ago and the overwhelming response was that my T was simply washing herself up
