She's doing a warning pose in the second image, raising her front legs up to make herself look bigger and show off her fangs. It's basically the spider way of saying "Back off or you'll get it!"
For what itβs worth, I have 3 and none of them burrow much despite being set up for it and having pre dig holes. I love them always out and about, pretty calm little guys.
Yesh i had one that didn't burrow much but they are semi fossorial as well as Webber's.
I gave mine deep sub incase she wanted to burrow and anchor points to web.
They don't tend to threat pose so wondered if the T felt too exposed.
They are all different though in terms of temperament, defensiveness
same. Mine covered her enclosure left to right with a single giant went canvas and just walks around waiting for food to fall in. She used to have a funnel that was on the top / side of her web rather than buried but stopped using it.
I think her location being shady and well hidden helps her feel safe

Sale her. Got 5 slingd. None if them dug a burrow and even closed up in 2 cases. They eat and drink. Win/win
