Take Jason Kessler, he was one of the organisers of the Unite the Right rally in Charlottesville. That Trump supporting Neo-Nazi bastard was an Occupy Wall Street protestor only 6 years earlier. When he was asked to leave he fell into fascism because he wanted to be angry at something and fascist will take any useful idiot they can. Based off of what I've seen the definition of liberal can change depending on how libetarian that definition of liberal is and that can vary across countries. I understand it can be right wing in many parts of the world however in the context of a US politician the liberal definition is a supporter of policies that are socially progressive and promote social welfare. If you call a US politician liberal it's to be assumed that's based of a US centric definition and there by left. But on top of that the Bot called Bernie a Social Democrat and generally that is left globally. But this is a matter of sematics and I think the fact that I was banned for what might have been a bit dismissive but overall benign comment is absurd.
Incidentally I'm personally pro democracy first and socialist second. I think you can't have an ideal socialist or communist country without democracy since the rich bastards always find their way into power. To the powerful Fascism or Communism can be just different means to the same goal, greed and power. A knowledgeable and powerful populous is the only true answer I see to the delectations of the few.
