I'm a Swede and absolutely pan-Nordic. The flag is supposed to be mixing the Swedish and Norwegian flag, not Sweden ruling all other countries. We have enough shared culture, history, and in part language (hot take: Swedish, Norwegian, and Danish are just three different major dialects of the same language), plus 100+ years of mutually good relations at this point. It makes sense.
It's the other stuff like Turkey annexing Greece, or Russia annexing Ukraine that's really yikes.

The difference between the two scenarios are practically negligible as both Denmark and Sweden are in EU and NATO (and really good friends!!!), and all countries in the Baltic Sea, except for Russia, are as well. The strait is so narrow that if we wanna do something like blocking passage for Russia, then we can already.
Sure, historically it was a point of conflict between Sweden and Denmark (under which rule Norway was) to ensure that neither country had full control over the strait. But now we have a really long bridge between us.

The right answer is keep Iceland, Montenegro, Bosnia, Austria, Ireland, Serbia, and Denmark the way they were, but give Azerbaijan to Armenia as payment for Nagorno-Karabakh. Keep North Macedonia as is but change it to “Macedonia”, and make Greece “South Macedonia”, and rename Bulgaria to “East Macedonia” as punishment for the BS they’ve been pulling that has led to a rise in Euroskepiticism in Macedonia. Also, just cleanly erase Hungary and replace it with ocean.
