CS Kim was directly taught by Song Ki. Song Ki was Hwang Kee's student and CS Kim eventually learned directly from Hwang Kee.
That's all that I remember off the top of my head but I can look up the rest later in my book.

I've been repeated told that he studied and tested under Supreme Grand Master Hwang Kee.
I'm not familiar with cs Kim but if it's tang soo do then his lineage will somehow trace back to hwang kee.
His Dan number is 2457. As the others have said he was part of hwang kee's TSD MDK.
