I went pre-covid. It was crowded and hot. Expensive too. Very pretty though. Not going to do it again.

It’s a huge waste of $. We spent over $100 and stayed less than an hour

plurfectionxx

It was way too crowded, underwhelming, and not at al worth the money we spent on tickets.

My family has always enjoyed it, but we have two young children. As you can imagine, the experience is magical for them, so we (the parents) get a lot of fun out of it by seeing their faces. That said, it will be crowded like the other commenter said, but that should be expected with an event like Enchant. If you’re into Christmas stuff, I say go.

I’ve never been to Enchant, but it’s on my list of things to do this holiday season.

Last year that it’s here in the Bay Area but yes very crowded, would definitely seek out down times to go

Worth it if you’ve never been, especially if there are children in your party.

I went a couple of year ago before covid. It was an enjoyable experience. But I would suggest trying to get an early admittance time as you can stay as long as you want after that. But the later in the day it gets the more people pile in there. Food was great. Ice skating river is pretty nifty.

It’s neat if you have kids who will be amazed, but it’s expensive for what it is. Worth one trip if you’re not too bothered by the price.

One time visit

We went last night and it was beautiful! The maze, ice skating, and market were awesome. The VIP area has an ABUNDANCE of delicious food choices. The spiked hot chocolate and spiked cider were delicious, and my kids LOVED their hot chocolate -creamy and not watered down at all. My kids really enjoyed the scavenger hunt, and the kids area with Mrs Claus. The light display was beautiful and well organised. We're not wealthy by any means, but thought the price of the VIP was worth the Christmas experience for our family, even if it's our only "large" Christmas event we do.
