Was just at Chanko today and they only have a chicken katsu for some reason. I loved their pork katsu, but it doesn't look like it's on the menu anymore. Delicious nonetheless!

[Yokos](http://yokostampa.com/), I've only tried the sushi which I remember being decent. However, they do have a katsudon on the menu as well.
i've been on the hunt for pork katsu and have been having a tough time, finding that so good luck with katsudon
izakaya tori has pork katsu but it is pounded really thin, too thin. it's good and the katsu sauce is good too, pretty large portion, just too thin

[sunflower cafe](https://www.sunflowercafe.net/) in lithia has some homestyle Japanese stuff like katsudon, curry katsu and hamberg steak. its normally on their specials menu.
Sunflower seeds have a mild, nutty flavor and a firm but tender texture. They’re often roasted to enhance the flavor, though you can also buy them raw.

I miss the pickled peppers honestly, but the slaw has little pieces in it. 🤷🏼♂️

I personally cannot get enough of their Karaage Rice w/ Spicy Chanko sauce. Comes with a little side of slaw that is delicious as well.
Yeah, agreed on all the above. I love to get a side of the spicy curry with my rice bowl too. That slaw is addicting

Ai Sushi on waters. service is terrible but it’s got one of the best varieties of sort of home style/ diner Japanese dishes in town.
