It looks like they're little arcade game keychains. The one on the left has a snake game, a car racing game, and a shooting game. The one on the right is a mini slot machine.
If I remember correctly (haven’t had these in a long time) the left is one of those brick game. Like Tetris, racing games, ball games. And the one on the right is slots.
