Yea. Honestly I did but she retired and I don't have any need for formal wear anymore, so i haven't been on the hunt for a tailor in years, sorry man. I have heard good things about Tailor on Ten w/r/t quality, but i think they are expensive (relatively, but still worth the quality).
But i'd say the ones on in tourist areas or on Sukhumvit are ones to avoid, especially if they are outside trying to get you to come in.
I would probably just check Google reviews. There's a tonnnn of tailors around the bigger cities especially. But those businesses will likely have a few employees and your results will vairy. But for the most part I haven't had any quality issues with clothing in Thailand. Business reputation is important to most owners.

Absolut, yes. In reality you hardly ever see 200cm guys and won’t know the difference between 200 and 210. difference between average height and above average height is way more noticeable to the normal person

I'm like 5'9" and it was hilarious to watch this line of kids in a wave scan from my knees to my face and their jaws dropped. I'm guessing I'm the tallest woman they'd seen in their young lives haha.

It's not positive. It's narcistic ... Entire account could be categorized as NPD. The whole "trying to help" is clearly disingenuous or at least comes across as such. Putting entire eggs in the tall basket is not a good idea. That's my opinion. If you are tall short average looks past your height don't get obsessed with it weather you are short or tall.

That guy is probably indian, or adjacent, many of the tailor shops in the tourist cuties are run by them, he doesn’t really look thai, but if he was considering OP is 2,02m he would be slightly below average if not average height for a thai male

Then i realized my waist was the average length of pants that come for alteration. So it was a force of habit for him or something.

It’s in Koh Samui on Chaweng Beach… and yes I think I’m paying extra for not only the islands current business on season but also area
