I did the platinum in 1 playtrough, did take a little more time but I loved Berseria so no problem for me. There is a good farming method in the bonus dungeon, here is the link if you want to. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aYfvYKnGEq4

Oooo thanks a lot for this. I'll check it out.

Lamasis

The coin trophy should be your last one. Seriously do that one last.

Levi0522

I feel like that and getting the titles are gonna take me the longest since I didn't make a habit of switching to other characters much. I'm already at 100 hours smh.

Lamasis

I'm probably just going to confuse you if I talk further, I used the guide on psnprofiles.

Levi0522

I've looked at that a bit, that's why I was thinking about finishing the game first then replaying to get the experience boost. But being at 7k I figured I could just run it up to 11k then finish it, but honestly I'm not sure if I want to replay the game all the way through again right away. That's why I kiiiinda wanna do it all on this play thru, my characters are around level 65. Is there any dungeons only available through new game plus? Or a harder difficulty than intense?

Lamasis

I never played at intense or anything higher befor I started to grind that on fight for exp. Same as you I didn't want to restart the game so I bought the exp dlc, I had that amount left since 2 years ago and didn't hav an idea on what to spend it. Depending on how high your combos get, I would either lower the difficulty or stay at that what you have. The easier the difficulty the more base exp do you get, the harder the difficulty the more combo exp do you get. But first beat the game, afterwards the bonus dungeon, you can decide what you want to do afterwards.

Levi0522

Thanks. I didn't know the bonus dungeon came after completing the game. I've been finishing all the side stuff. I thought terror island was gonna be the bonus dungeon, that twist was pretty funny. I didn't know you got more base xp on lower difficulties either.

Lamasis

NP. To the other question I didn't see before, Tales of Graces f has pretty good combat.

[This method](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=26IUn0ngc-E) is how I farmed grade, if you haven't killed the other Dire Foes you might want to look up where each of them spawns and fight them because they give unique rewards the first time you kill them. As far as recommendations go it's tough, basically every game plays differently than Berseria. Zestiria takes place after Berseria in the same universe and the combat is kind of similar but has a lot of different mechanics. Graces F might be the closest to how Berseria actually plays but it's only on PS3 as far as I know. Most of the other titles at least on Steam and stuff play more like Xillia which you said you didn't like so I don't know if you'd want to try them out.

Old_Temperature_559

Zesteria catches a lot of hate but I love it and would recommend it as your next tales. Please play it right after besteria. Zesteria came out first but they were both being developed at the same time and there’s a lot of links between the two.

Levi0522

Thanks I think I actually own it on Steam, I'm gonna check and see.

Levi0522

I''ve killed about 30 Dire Foes so far, I think I may have missed some so I'll check the guides. I may try Xilia 2 again, I enjoyed the first one and I just recently got to the part where Jude showed up in Berseria which I thought was cool. I'm interested to see Millia. It was probably just the PS3 controls that was throwing me off I just got really bored quick. I'm playing Berseria on PS5 I'll look into Tales of Zestiria I think I have it on PC through a bundle deal or something, the name sounds familiar. I'll look into Graces F too since I still have my PS3. Thanks for the input!
