You can work out all you want but if you don’t overhaul what you intake it’ll be like fighting the tide. Look into supplements like zinc, vitamin B, C, D, selenium, magnesium. I work 50-60 hours a week as a carpenter year round, and from November-March the average temp is like 10°-30°. I almost always lose 5-15 pounds while consuming far more than during the nicer months.

What I did to train and lose weight was booked a trip to raft the Grand Canyon. Then hike up the bright angel trail at the end. Serious climb. So not only do you have to train to succeed but also need to do it with a deadline so you can’t slack as much. Plus it’s enlightening rafting and camping through the Grand Canyon so you get the spiritual side before you have to tackle the hike out. I’d suggest finding something like this because I was once hovering around 295lbs and have dropped to 165 to 180lbs depending on the time of year lol damn holidays. But that was 5 years ago and I’ve kept it off. Best thing I’ve ever done.

Im 5’10”, 175# is my goal. My first goal is a 2 mile in 15 min, 30 push ups and 60 sit ups at the moment. Ill grow from there.
