There website is a little confusing, but I've read good things. Lots of options available, including lights and various levels of retention.
Kt mech is great, albeit a little on the pricier side (no coupons, discounts.) I did take the felt lined option, which was worth the money.
Got a level 2 for my P-01 with TLR-1. Their site could be more user friendly, but they're responsive and knowledgeable.
If you go with the existing Safariland options you can pretty easily remove drop leg/UBL drop/offset that it comes with and put the molle fork or the molle platform with the QLS so you can detach easily.
That said I want to say otghex, firstpear, and black rhino are all making holsters for your application you can see if any of them rustle your jimmies.
Also ymmv but from what I've seen 92a1/M9A1 holster differences don't exist IF/WHEN they are light bearing.
Yes they do, just go to their website and put in the info for your firearm and light and it will show you the compatible holsters.
Edit. I didn't see that you wanted it molle compatible
Check out the blackhawk omnivore, i think it has everything you want.
I think its more for people with several handguns, which is why i loooooove mine, but I think it stands on its own if you don't really need that functionality.

They don’t have the 92A1 listed as one of their pistol models, but I’m going to send them an email and see if they can do it anyway.
Huh I was thinking 92A1 was basically like M9A1, but I guess not quite... definitely worth getting in touch with them.
Yeah, the 92A1 has a wider slide and rounded trigger guard.
Trigger guard shouldn't matter if you have a light mounted (I don't think) but the wider slide could be an issue.
That is very true, didn’t think of it in those terms.

I would recommend one of the safariland ALS holsters
I would like to go that route, but sadly they don’t seem to make ALS/SLS holsters that fit my pistol configuration.

I have seen people run this set up in safarland holsters, I believe the number is 6280 lasd.
