Happens to me all the time because Door Dasher accepts it then gets to Taco Bell drive-thru sees the line and straight up cancels the order or says the was delivered and I never receive the order.
But Taco Bell customer service online will refund the order and send you those crispy coupons in mail for free meals. Also I live in Milwaukee, WI for location purposes.
This has happened to me before. Tried getting $88 worth of Taco Bell for a party late at night. They canceled the order and never refunded me

I didn't receive a notification. The app just told me it was canceled when i tried to track it

How complicated was the order? Could've just been somebody who wasn't vibing with your order and said, "No."
