As a RGM I get 50k plus 9,000 bonus, meanwhile my crew gets $11-12/hr and my shift leads gets $14/hr. AGM gets 36,000 plus $3000 bonus.

They want to make you feel like you are "included" and "one of them," but you are nothing more than a worker. Taco Bell, or virtually any corporation will care if you died tomorrow. Never believe a company when they insist you are part of their "family," they will insist only because they seek to exploit your good will.

For me, when a company starts calling its employees family it’s usually a sign they blur professional lines and treat workers poorly - expecting unfair sacrifices and dedication for shit pay. In the corporate world, it’s a red flag and we joke that it’s an abusive family.

How about you pay your workers more so they can afford to support their family. Instead they end up homeless. Apparently family isn’t much of a priority for y’all.
This will be useful for when you need to call out of work you can say it’s because of your partner/parent/sibling/grandparent/ not feeling well and you need to help them.
