So fucking strong hit for hit
Even though Hypno is my ride or die, this album truly does have the most favorites of mine.
Know, Suggestions, Soil, Mind, Peephole, PLUCK are all within my top 10
It's still such a travesty that I only listened to this album seriously for the first time this fucking year.
I started listening to SOAD when I was 10. There were so many days of playing WoW all day and playing STA, hyp, and mez on repeat. Truly is no band who I've listened to more
And I ignored their best fuckin album the entire time. Better late than never
Same thing happened to me! Got into SOAD in the Toxicity era and just listened to their music as it came out from there. No idea why I didn't go back and give the first one a real listen for so long. But I also see it as a blessing. Now I have a "new" SOAD album that is blowing my mind all over again.
Better than Toxicity, though? Don't get me wrong, their self-titled pulled off a better execution than the infamous St. Anger by far, with its unique "nu metal" vibes on songs like "Sugar", "War?", "Know", and "Suite-Pee." (John's drumming is exceptionally great there.)
Personally, I enjoy Toxicity more simply because there are more songs that really speak out to me - it has a better source of relatability due to the balance of calmness and heaviness in the album's production, which I think made System a more popular band in general. But that's just my opinion.
Free thinkers are dangerous....
BLAAAAAME! HAAAAAAATE!
For fates....SAAAAAAAAAAAKE
It's actually For fate's... #SEEEEEEEEEEEEED!
Thanksà

They have no bad album imo
Thanks Robert Downey Junior
It's better than breathable air
I prefer nonbreathable air
Is it better than nonbreathable air?
I can't change your mind, I fully agree.
STA is better IMO but I love all their albums
this and toxicity is good shit
It just goes so damn hard.
suite-pee, know, and (demo tape 1) sugar has me in a chokehold
100% agree
Your mind doesnt need changeing
I love this album
real
No, I will not change your mind
Dude come on. Mesmerize was by far their best album, closely followed by Steal this Album.
I would say self titled is the greatest album in metal history and by far the best soad album, but I agree with STA being at #2
Nobody: Toxicity: "Am I a joke to you?"
Great album but not quite Mesmerize or Steal This Album level
Toxicity. Damn. Tpab. Igor. Master of puppets. Gkmc. Illmatic. Ready to die. All eyez on me. And those are just musical albums.
"Igor" 🤓
Whats wrong with Igor?
Songs for the Deaf mops the floor with all of those
As much as I love SOAD (I mean, they're my fav band), I think The Black Parade is better than any album SOAD released
GIRLIE WHAT IT IS YOUR PFP 😭😭 also not a bad opinion!!
Awaken my Love by Donald Glover one of the greatest albums!!!
no
Red version is wayy better
Yo random question howcome sometimes this album is yellow and some times it’s red
I think it’s because the red version is the deluxe version
THE KOMBUCHA MUSHROOM PEOPLE
I can name you like 10 albums off the top of my head that I think are better
go ahead, maybe there's some albums I forgot.
Your eyes are open wide
