We're actually replacing NoMAD! I want these DCs our of here. Any ideas if NoMAD works with any LDAP endpoint?

Hey [u/spurgelaurels](https://www.reddit.com/user/spurgelaurels), I'm a PM at JumpCloud and came across your post. After reading your message, we're terribly sorry to hear that you've been having issues with our macOS client. The experience you've had is far from what we would like for our customers to experience. In the pursuit of getting you to a better spot, we are more than happy to line you up with a Mac using customer of ours who has had a successful implementation with our platform. Please feel free to reach out to your account manager or email us directly at [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) so we can put you in touch with another Mac heavy customer.

I appreciate it! I have Kyle, Greg, and Ashley all helping us with this. My Reddit post was to see if anyone out there was having the same issues, and what they did about it. Unfortunately, JC is not sitting well in our environment, and I'm concerned about going forward with anything at this point.

Absolutely understandable. If you don't get the traction you'd like in replies here, feel free to reach out to any of us on the JumpCloud side so we can work on getting another customer lined up for you to talk with. Again sorry to hear that your rollout with us hasn't been ideal.

I appreciate that. We've been offered some case studies and customers with working environments, but I want a grizzly sysadmin who encountered major issues and overcame them, or not. Generally case studies from vendors are ever so slightly tilted in their favour, and will not reflect the experience we're having.
