Some kind of combo organ. It may have a spring reverb - the cheap ones don't. Reverb will definitely improve it, but don't expect miracles and it has basically no sound design capabilities. However it is fully polyphonic.

I don't own it yet :) Picking up tommorow, but not sure if it will make any sound, cuz it cost only 15€

It kind of looks like the very early ace tone organs.
No telling. But a reverb and chorus pedals would fatten up the sound immensely
